Murder:
- Do not murder. (Ex.20:8)
- Whoever sheds blood, by man shall his blood be shed. (Gen.9:6)
- He that murders a man must be put to death. (Ex.21:12)
- If a man kills a man accidentally, he may flee to a city of refuge. (Ex.21:13)
- He that murders his servant must be put to death. (Ex.21:20)
- If a man smites a pregnant woman and the baby dies, he must be put to death. (Ex.21:22-23)
- Whoever smites a man with a instrument of iron and he die, must be put to death. (Num.35:16)
- Whoever smites a man throwing a stone and he die, must be put to death. (Num.35:17)
- If a man smites a man with a handweapon of wood and he die, shall be put to death. (Num.35:18)
- Whoever commits involuntary manslaughter, must flee to a city of refuge. (Num.35:22-29)

Stealing:
- Do not steal. (Ex.20:15, Lev.19:11)
- Stolen oxen shall be restored five fold. (Ex.22:1)
- Stolen sheep (if sold or killed) must be restored four fold. (Ex.22:1)
- If a thief be found in your dwelling and he be smitten, there shall be no penalty for the owner. (Ex.22:2)
- If a thief be smitten during the daylight hours, the owners shall be punished. (Ex.22:3)
- Full restitution must be made if thief is found (During daylight hours). (Ex.22:3)
- If the thief has nothing to restore he shall be sold as a slave. (Ex.22:3)
- If the theft be found alive, the thief shall restore double. (Ex.22:4)
- If man becomes a holder of one's money, and he steals it deceitfully, he shall restore double. (Ex.22:7)
- If the money be stolen by another and thief not found, then the case shall be brought to the judges. (Ex.22:8)
- For all civil cases brought to the judges, the condemned must pay double. (Ex.22:9)
- Whoever kidnaps and sells a man must be put to death. (Ex.21:16, Deut.24:7)
Physical Conflict:
- If two men fight and one be smitten (but not die), the one who smote must take care of the one smitten. (Ex.21:19)
- If a man smites his servant (and he dies not), he shall not be punished. (Ex.21:21)
- If a man injures a pregnant woman (and the child not die) he shall pay according to the husband. (Ex.21:22)
- Eye for an eye, tooth for tooth. (Ex.21:23-24)
- If a man smite the eye of his servant that it perish, the servant must be set free. (Ex.21:26)
- If a man smite the tooth of his servant that it perish, the servant must be set free. (Ex.21:27)
- If a oxen gores a man and they die, the ox must be put to death and flesh must not be eaten. (Ex.21:28)
- If the oxen has a past for goring a man and it gores a man to death, the owner must be put to death. (Ex.21:29)
- If the owner be with the oxen (who gored a man in the past) and it escapes and gores a man, then the owner must be fined. (Ex.21:30)
- If a ox gores a servant (the servant not die), then the owner of the ox must pay the owner of the servant. (Ex.21:32)
Property Law:
- Whoever causes his neighbor's vineyard to be eaten by his cattle, must restore with the best of his vineyard. (Ex.22:5)
- He that kindles a fire to cause his neighbor's field to burn, must make full restitution. (Ex.22:6)
- Law for lending and borrowing property. (Ex.22:7-15)
- All fruit trees planted in the land, must rest for three years, the forth year it shall be counted as holy, and in the fifth year may it be eaten. (Lev.19:23-25)
- Do not fully reap your vineyards or oliveyards, but leave gleanings for the poor. (Lev.19:9-10; Deut.24:19-22)
- Neighbors may eat of another mans field or vineyard but may not put any in a vessel. (Deut.23:24-25)
- Do not remove your neighbors landmark, which he has set for his inheritance. (Deut.19:14)
- Return all lost things to it's rightful owner. (Deut.22:1-3)
- When you build a new house, you must have a battlement for your roof. (Deut.22:8)
- Do not sow your field with divers seeds. (Deut.22:9)
